Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Equipment Operator and play a vital role in building infrastructure that shapes communities. In this energetic position, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery and construction equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help drive progress on-site while maintaining a safe work environment for everyone involved. Responsibilities Operate construction machinery including forklift, skytrack, boom lift, scissor lift, skid steer to move materials, prepare sites, and support project needs Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment such as hydraulic systems, hand tools, and heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations while using personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries Assist with site preparation by managing material handling equipment and ensuring construction zones are organized and hazard-free Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and operational efficiency Requirements Proven construction site experience with knowledge of heavy equipment operation and construction machinery maintenance Hands-on experience operating forklift, skytrack, boom lift, scissor lift, skid steer. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery for extended periods Strong understanding of occupational safety regulation compliance related to heavy equipment operation Experience working on construction sites with a focus on material handling equipment operation and site safety protocols Join us in building the future!
