Job Description

Position Overview Dream Acres Pool Company specializes in custom pools, outdoor living spaces, and complete backyard transformations throughout Middle Tennessee. We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver / Excavator Operator who can safely transport equipment and operate heavy machinery on residential pool construction projects. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL trucks, dump trucks, trailers, and equipment transports Operate excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, and other construction equipment Excavate for swimming pool installations and related outdoor projects Load, haul, and dump dirt, gravel, stone, and construction materials Drive dump trucks and other CDL-required company vehicles Perform grading, backfilling, and site preparation Load and unload equipment and materials safely Assist with pool installations and general construction work when needed Perform basic daily equipment inspections and help keep equipment maintained Follow jobsite safety procedures and company standards Work with the installation crew to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license Experience operating excavators and skid steers Experience with excavation, grading, or construction preferred Clean and dependable driving record Ability to safely operate and transport heavy equipment Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physical construction work when not operating equipment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work well with a crew and follow jobsite instructions
Compensation Pay:
Based on experience (competitive rates). Opportunities for overtime and advancement. Schedule Monday to Friday (7am-5pm - 40 base pay hours plus 10 overtime pay hours) Occasional weekends as needed
