Job Description

Heavy Equipment Operator

Precinct 4 Taylor County Precinct 4 is seeking qualified applicants for a Heavy Equipment Operator.

This employee will be involved in the construction and maintenance of county roads and bridges. To be qualified, applicants must have experience with all types of heavy road construction equipment as well as the ability to perform preventative maintenance. Qualified applicants must have a current Texas Commercial Driver's License

Class A (CDL) with trailer endorsement before employment .

A background check and a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Starting Salary:

DOE + benefits Benefits include : 100% county-paid employee medical and dental insurance, paid life and disability insurance, retirement, and paid vacation/sick time.
