We are looking for qualified candidates to work from Austin to San Antonio operating a skid steer. You must have 1 year of experience and be able to provide updated resume, references and pass a criminal background check. Specialized on the job training will be provided. Any individuals with heavy machinery experience or who are mechanically inclined are preferred candidates. We offer competitive pay with several opportunities for performance based bonuses. We are a growing business looking for people who are hard working and reliable. Responsibilities Operate skid steer and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute site plans and complete projects on schedule. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Assist in loading and unloading materials. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
