Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment to support construction, maintenance, or industrial projects. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, and other machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Assist with site preparation, material handling, and other related tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and project progress. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Must be able to obtain a Apprentice License from TCEQ Experience Prior experience operating heavy machinery or equipment in construction, industrial, or similar environments is preferred. Knowledge of safety standards related to equipment operation is essential. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, gauges, and signals is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety are required for success in this role.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
