Heavy Equipment Operator | Limestone Quarry Crawford, TX We're hiring a hands-on Heavy Equipment Operator to support a limestone mining operation in Crawford, TX. If you can run equipment, stay production-focused, and jump in where needed, this is a solid, long-term opportunity in a high-demand industry. What You'll Do Operate heavy equipment: loaders, haul trucks, dozers, water trucks, skid steers, drills Support crusher operations + rock breaker Perform pre-shift inspections and keep equipment running safely Handle material movement, loading, and plant cleanup Assist with quarry blasting operations (ATF background required) Track production data, weights, and daily logs Perform basic maintenance (grease, fluids, inspections) What You Bring Experience operating equipment in quarry, mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments Strong focus on safety + production Willingness to work outdoors (heat, dust, noise) Comfortable with physical work (50-65 lbs) and manual labor Team player with solid communication skills Requirements High school diploma or GED 0-3+ years experience (mining/aggregates preferred) Valid driver's license + clean driving record Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays Must pass ATF background check (blasting support) Why This Role Stable work in a limestone quarry operation Variety of work—equipment + plant + quarry support Opportunity to grow into advanced operator or maintenance roles
