Permanent Employment Help for . Operate backhoes safety equipment, utility support for trenching evacuation loading backfills ditch cleaning and small grading task. Interpret stakes, grade directions, plans, And instructions from supervision. Safety work around utilities spotters' traffic other equipment and ground personnel inspect maintain clean fuel and grease equipment and report repair needs. Assist cruise with material movement type support site cleanup and general field tasks. Follow company policies procedures QHSE requirements, stop work and authority and all applicants' customer and site-specific rules. Attend and participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, job hazardous analysis and pre task planning. Maintain clean orderly and safe work area and immediately report hazardous incidents near misses' equipment defects, or unsafe conditions. Support other Company locations and or crew as required by supervision

Working in performance preliminary in all of construction field construction, quarry/aggregates and plant environment around heavy equipment, haul routes, evacuation area, traffic dust vibration noises and changing weather work may require attendance extended shifts overtime weekends travel and compliance with customer or site- specific requirements. Regularly stand, walks, bends, kneel, climbs. reaches, grips, and uses the hand tool and controls. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance or proper equipment climb on and off equipment work at heights and around mobile equipment and use required PPE must have closed, distance, depth peripheral and color vision sufficient for safety work.
