McMahon Contracting & Construction, LLC is hiring an experienced Construction Equipment Operator to join our field team. We are looking for a dependable individual who can safely operate various types of heavy construction equipment.

Equipment may include:

Excavators Backhoes Loaders Skid steers Dozers Compactors and rollers Other construction machinery as assigned Responsibilities Safely operate construction equipment at assigned jobsites Perform excavation, grading, loading, trenching, and material-moving work Work safely around underground utilities, employees, and other equipment Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Follow instructions from Superintendents and Foremen Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Keep assigned equipment and work areas clean Assist with general field duties when needed Qualifications Previous heavy construction equipment experience required Experience operating multiple types of equipment preferred Knowledge of excavation, grading, and jobsite safety Ability to understand grade stakes and basic site plans is a plus Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required Jobsites are located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Safety training Opportunities for advancement McMahon Contracting & Construction, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
