FRONT END LOADER OPERATOR

A1 Excavating is a Wisconsin based Underground Utility Contractor specializing in Excavating, Site Clearing and Underground Utilities. With over 40 years of experience in the WI, MN region, A1 is a top competitor for all water main, sanitary and storm Sewer work in the region. Stout Excavating Group (SEG) operates in the high growth aggregate mining industry primarily focused on mining and civil construction in multiple states across the United States. The A-1 Companies maintain offices in both Bloomer, WI and Converse, TX. Tasks/Responsibilities Operate loaders in a safe and productive manner. Perform proper pre-op and machine inspections daily. Following maintenance procedures when downing equipment. Ensure your production log is maintained each shift. Work safely and efficiently while maintaining production.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in Rock Quarries loading crushers and Screeners Good eye-hand coordination, balance, and depth perception. Effective communication skills. A sense of urgency in responding to all situations. The ability to work varying schedule if needed. Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team. Responsibility in reporting to work on a consistent and timely basis. Good attitude!'
