Must be a proficient operator with a proven track record. Able to maintain and troubleshoot equipment, work positively on a construction crew, with good communication skills and a good attitude. Must be able to pass a drug and background screening, possess a valid DL and ability to work in all weather conditions. Experience with underground utilities is preferred and team members are expected to contribute to all aspects of construction.
