Job Description

D&D Contractors, San Antonio's Premier Site work & Utilities expert, is currently seeking a highly motivated Heavy Equipment Operator. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Previous experience running heavy equipment (Motor Graders, Excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, water trucks, etc.) Ability to obtain knowledge of each specific project requirements. Ability to identify potential hazards with existing utilities, both buried and overheard. Previous experience rough cutting to
GRADE STAKES
in the Engineers Rule (1/10ths of an inch) Conscious about House keeping (keeping machinery clean and free of debris, keeping job sites clean and free of debris) Dependability with High integrity. Ability to work as second in command when foreman is off site. Safety minded at all times - proper implementation of acceptable OSHA trench protection safety procedures Responsible for the trench excavation and the safety of his crew members Assist Fuel truck driver when servicing your equipment Ideal Candidate is required to have: Reliable transportation Competence in the work at hand Ability to ask questions Integrity, ability to speak up when one damages, breaks, or otherwise causes an incident and report it.
