In this role, the successful candidate will learn and develop the necessary skills to manage and execute daily delivery routes, ensuring that our customized uniform and facility services are delivered efficiently and effectively to our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to become part of a passionate team that supports businesses of all sizes with their uniform needs. Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of our delivery processes and guidelines under the supervision of experienced route service representatives. Assist in loading and unloading company trucks with necessary items for delivery or pick up. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records for management. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory resolution of any issues. Adopt knowledge of safety practices while handling company vehicles and merchandise. Gradually take on more responsibility for managing your own route and clientele as training progresses. Required Skills Strong organizational skills Basic math and inventory management Capable of physical stamina for regular loading and unloading of goods Excellent verbal communication Strong mapping and route planning abilities Comfort with mobile devices and basic computer software
