Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of our delivery processes and guidelines under the supervision of experienced route service representatives. Assist in loading and unloading company trucks with necessary items for delivery or pick up. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records for management. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory resolution of any issues. Adopt knowledge of safety practices while handling company vehicles and merchandise. Gradually take on more responsibility for managing your own route and clientele as training progresses.
