Action Wrecker Service Inc. is a family-owned and operated towing, recovery, and heavy-haul company that has been in business since 1988. We are looking for experienced, professional CDL drivers to join our team in Midland, Texas. CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for our Medium Duty, Heavy Duty, and Heavy Haul positions must: Be 23 years of age or older Hold a valid CDL Have no automatic transmission restriction on their CDL Have a clean driving history Be able to pass a criminal background check Be dependable, professional, and safety-minded Be willing and able to work our rotating on-call schedule

COMPENSATION

This is a 25% commission-based position with excellent earning potential.

Estimated annual compensation:

$130,000-$170,000 Earning potential is based on workload and commission. We are looking for motivated drivers who want to work and take advantage of the earning opportunities available.

SCHEDULE

Our drivers rotate between one week on call and one week off call.

ON-CALL WEEK

Monday at 8:00 AM through the following Monday at 8:00 AM. During your on-call week, you are on call 24/7 with your team and must be available for towing, recovery, heavy-duty, and heavy-haul calls as needed.

OFF-CALL WEEK

Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:30/6:00 PM.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Medium-duty towing and recovery Heavy-duty towing and recovery Heavy haul RGN / lowboy operations Tractor-trailer operations Rotator operations Accident recovery and cleanup Equipment transportation We want drivers who take pride in their work, take care of their equipment, provide professional customer service, and want to make money. $3,000 FULL-TIME

RELOCATION BONUS

For qualified candidates currently living outside the Midland area, Action Wrecker Service Inc. will offer a $3,000 relocation bonus to the right candidate who permanently relocates to Midland or Midland County. This relocation bonus is specifically for candidates making Midland their full-time, permanent residence. It is not offered for temporary, rotational, part-time, or partial relocation arrangements.
