Job Description
OPEN POSITION
Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
- Orthopedics
SCHEDULE
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 40 Hours per Week
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call
- Some Schedule Flexibility
COMPENSATION
- $130,000+ Starting Salary, negotiable based on experience

LOCATION
- Odessa / Midland, Texas
- occasional travel to Lubbock, Texas (approximately 4 days per month) The practice covers all travel expenses and will work with the new provider on a mutually-agreeable schedule regarding cross-coverage for the Lubbock office.

This private practice operates multiple offices in West Texas, specializing in pain and injury treatment, sports medicine, orthopedic surgeries, cartilage replacement, and more. Their dedicated team of physicians and physician assistants are experts in the treatment and care of the musculoskeletal system.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Providers see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day and are fully supported by clinical assistants and administrative staff. The role of the physician assistant includes, but is not limited to:
- joint injections
- trigger point injections
- pre-operative patient care
- post-operative patient care
- contributing to medical decision-making
- assisting in care transitions
- patient reassessments
- acute visits
- test monitoring
- consultations
- follow-up visits The practice will provide full training; no orthopedic experience is required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Texas PA or NP license
- DEA•no experience required•new graduates welcome to apply
