Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to facilitate construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help drive project success by managing equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety regulations and operational standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse construction machinery in a fast-paced environment dedicated to building quality infrastructure. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, cranes, bulldozers, and excavators with precision and safety awareness. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Handle materials efficiently using material handling equipment including forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and farm machinery. Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Assist in site preparation by grading, digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by project supervisors. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and compliance purposes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Experience in diggin hotlines Proven construction site experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders, backhoes, cranes, or similar equipment. Valid commercial driver's license with clean driving record. Mechanical knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and hydraulics systems. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various work conditions. Strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and occupational safety regulation compliance. Experience with digging hot lines. Knowledge of construction experience including site preparation, material movement, and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
