What You Will Do:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skid Steer Operator to support our operations in the Midland / West Texas area. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately two months. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of operating a skid steer efficiently in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a skid steer to perform material handling, grading, loading, and related tasks Conduct daily pre-use equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures Work effectively as part of a crew and communicate clearly with supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience operating a skid steer (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Skid steer or other heavy equipment operator certifications/licenses are a strong plus Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods Strong focus on safety and attention to detail Reliable transportation and ability to report to the job site on time Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $28 - $31 per hour , depending on experience $100 per working day per diem Temporary assignment lasting approximately 2 months
