Job Title:
Front-End Loader Operator -
Monahans ONLY Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Front-End Loader Operator to join our team at a mineral processing plant. This position plays a critical role in daily operations, including material handling, ore blending, and maintaining an organized ore pad. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the front-end loader safely and efficiently at all times Maintain proper diesel and DEF levels; submit fuel receipts to the administration building Perform routine lubrication and basic maintenance of the loader Complete daily equipment checklists to identify potential issues Load the grizzly with designated ore Prepare ore blends on the ore pad in accordance with laboratory instructions Keep the ore pad clean, organized, and operational Receive and manage incoming shipments at the ore pad Perform load-outs as required Report any issues related to equipment, loads, or operations promptly Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Schedule:
Rotating day and night shifts Includes a one-hour lunch break
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a front-end loader preferred Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license required Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as front loaders, excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, tankers, or horizontal drills. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues promptly. Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving heavy vehicles like dump trucks or water trucks. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Ability to operate Caterpillar or similar brands of heavy machinery confidently. Knowledge of construction processes including paving and horizontal drilling techniques is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and efficiency. Outdoor, industrial setting Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions

Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
