Temp Operate various heavy equipment in order to load trucks, feed bins with various aggregate materials, and maintain proper quantities of material to be loaded.- Maintain equipment: Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
Safety:
Performs daily inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.- Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
- Load material into bins, into crushers, into trucks or into the plant.
- Moves earth or other materials from one location to another.
- Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment. May maintain appearance of equipment, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels or perform minor repairs as needed.
- Completes are paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
