What You'll Be Doing Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support daily production activities. Load, move, and stockpile materials according to operational requirements. Conduct pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and meet production goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate excavators in a production or construction environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company procedures. Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs. Dependable work ethic with strong teamwork and communication skills. Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs. Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and maintain balance throughout the workday. Ability to frequently use hands and feet to operate equipment controls and perform inspections. Ability to regularly enter and exit heavy equipment using steps and handholds. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain visual awareness and depth perception required for safe equipment operation. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
