We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors. We are currently seeking skilled Equipment Operators to support our crews on various critical infrastructure projects. If you're hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and other machinery, as directed by foremen and supervisors. Perform tasks such as excavation, backfilling, and other duties related to pipeline construction. Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment, following all safety standards and company procedures. Assist in daily job site operations, including loading and transporting materials. Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and report any issues immediately. Travel to various job sites as needed to support project requirements. Adhere to all company safety protocols and pass required preemployment drug screening.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or a related field. Knowledge of pipeline construction procedures, especially regarding excavation and backfill operations. Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Operator Qualification (OQ) experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to travel for projects and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with operating heavy equipment on pipeline or industrial construction projects. Prior experience with OSHA safety standards and protocols. Previous work on largescale construction projects.
