Your expertise in operating heavy machinery and construction equipment will drive project success, ensuring safety and productivity on every site. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery, including loaders, excavators, and trucks, contributing to impactful construction projects that shape communities. Pay is based on experience. Duties Operate a wide range of heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and water trucks to support construction activities. Safely maneuver and control equipment like front loader trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and to transport materials and materials handling. Assist in site preparation by grading, excavating, lifting, and moving materials with precision and adherence to safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify maintenance needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use efficiently across different phases of construction projects. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability. Pay is based on experience. Qualifications Proven 5 yrs experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites. Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety procedures. Ability to operate specialized machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators. Strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
