Work with state-of-the-art automation and robotic equipment Receive formal training on high-speed systems Strong career growth potential - many technicians transition to permanent roles, with significant promotion rates within the first year Opportunities across 1,200+ U.S. facilities Be part of a company consistently recognized as a top employer What You'll Do As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT), you will: Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (such as conveyors) Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and complete all related documentation Conduct battery maintenance and replacements Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform diagnostics and repairs Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Log downtime and maintenance activity in daily systems Manage spare parts inventory and maintain organized work areas Follow and uphold strict safety standards

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in: Preventative & predictive maintenance Repair of material handling equipment or conveyor systems Reading blueprints and electrical schematics Electrical and electronic principles At least 1+ year of troubleshooting and diagnostics experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a data-driven environment

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
