In this fast-paced, growth-focused environment, you'll haul heavy equipment safely and efficiently across your region, using modern trucks and telematics tools. Responsibilities include loading and securing equipment, completing DOT-compliant inspections and logs, maintaining delivery documentation, and communicating with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL truck to deliver and pick up construction equipment across assigned region Inspect, load, secure and unload heavy equipment to DOT and company standards Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch, branches and customers to coordinate efficient routes and schedules Follow all DOT, safety and company policies while representing Equipment Share professionally Report equipment issues, damage or maintenance needs promptly Assist with yard organization and equipment staging as needed Use mobile/telematics tools to confirm deliveries and track assignments Required Skills Class A CDL driving DOT compliance and HOS logging Load securement and tie-downs Heavy equipment hauling Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Basic vehicle maintenance checks Route planning and navigation Electronic logging devices (ELD) use Customer service communication Safety and incident reporting
