Our equipment operators are the backbone of our operation. They run multiple pieces of specialized machinery at a high level and keep everything moving safely and efficiently. At Luck Stone, the work you do directly powers what we build and who we serve. Job Responsibilities Operate multiple pieces of specialized equipment safely and at a high level of performance throughout each shift Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with company health and safety regulations Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and safety checks to keep equipment in top condition Properly position equipment before operation, loading, and unloading Promptly report any equipment faults or concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe at the end of each shift Perform other construction-related duties as needed Participate in meetings and training as directed
What You Bring Experience:
2-3+ years of safe equipment operation
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Comfort Level:
