Senior Project Advisor Tunneling

In this role, you'll provide strategic and technical leadership across major water and wastewater tunneling and conveyance projects for municipal clients. You'll leverage your deep construction and tunneling expertise to guide project teams, support informed decision-making, and help ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery from planning through construction close-out. As a Senior Project Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor in the field and across the broader project lifecycle. You will provide oversight and leadership to planning, design, and construction projects, while serving as a key liaison among clients, contractors, designers, and regulatory stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing senior-level advisory support and leadership on large, complex tunneling and linear infrastructure projects
• Providing senior tunneling input at all project phases, including planning, alternatives analysis, final design, and construction administration
• Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders including municipal clients, project managers, design teams, contractors, regulatory agencies, testing agencies, and laboratories If you're motivated by complex challenges and enjoy influencing successful outcomes through experience and mentorship, we'd love to hear from you.
• University degree or engineering technology diploma, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Strong engineering and heavy civil construction experience with municipal infrastructure and linear conveyance projects
• Extensive experience supporting or leading large-scale tunneling projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including guiding project design teams and mentoring junior staff
• Track record of contributing to projects delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Experience working directly with municipal clients and public-sector stakeholders
