Heavy Equipment Operators Lynnwood, WA About the Role SiteWorks USA is hiring experienced Excavator Operators who take pride in doing clean, accurate work and running equipment the right way. This is a full-time, on-site role in Snohomish County on a mix of residential and commercial projects. You'll be part of a solid crew that shows up, works hard, looks out for each other, and delivers. What You Will Do Running excavators, loaders, and other iron for digging, grading, and utility work. Doing daily walk-arounds and basic maintenance checks, reporting issues right away. Following company safety practices, everyone goes home in one piece. Working with your foreman and crew to hit production goals and keep jobs on schedule. Assist crews with loading and unloading as needed Communicate with the foreman and crew to keep the job moving Wash and grease equipment daily Attend weekly safety meetings and complete your timecard daily What You Need
  • Experience Running excavators, loaders, and other iron for digging, grading, and utility work.
  • Knowledge if how to perform daily walk-arounds and basic maintenance checks, reporting issues right away.
  • Good feel for cut, grades, slopes pipe installation process and reading the ground
  • Shows up on time, works well with others, and communicates clearlyPhysical Requirements Frequent climbing in and out of equipment, extended seated operation, bending and pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and regular work outdoors in dust, noise, and active construction conditions.
