PM Pay:

$26.50/hour (Weekly Pay)

Overtime:

Up to 20 hours of overtime available during peak season

Potential pay increase upon permanent hire We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join a growing production and warehouse team in Marysville, WA. This position works in both outdoor and warehouse/yard environments and requires candidates who are comfortable working in dusty conditions and varying weather conditions. The ideal Heavy Equipment Operator will have experience operating front-end loaders, supporting production operations, and maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Job Responsibilities Operate front-end loaders to prepare, move, and mix bulk materials Maintain a consistent flow of materials to production lines Monitor stockpiles and ensure proper moisture levels, temperature, and material quality Mix products and additives according to production specifications Accurately track, complete, and submit load tickets for inventory control Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and identify operational concerns Conduct light maintenance and end-of-shift equipment cleaning Safely refuel equipment and follow all safety and PPE requirements Support general production and warehouse operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow established operating procedures and quality standards at all times Qualifications Previous Heavy Equipment Operator , loader operator, equipment operator, or production experience preferred Experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment Comfortable working outdoors and in dusty warehouse/yard environments Strong attention to safety and operational procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment inspection experience Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment Willingness to work overtime during peak production seasons
