Heavy Equipment Operator Dirt Road LLC is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for civil construction and sitework projects.

Pay:

$30-$40 per hour, depending on experience

Location:

Monroe, WA, and surrounding project areas

Schedule:

Full-time Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, and other equipment Perform site grading, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and material handling Work safely around underground utilities and ground crews Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow plans, grade stakes, and directions from the site supervisor Help with general sitework when equipment is not operating

Requirements:

At least 3 years of heavy-equipment operating experience preferred Civil sitework and underground utility experience strongly preferred Able to finish-grade accurately and work efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a crew CDL is a plus but not required To apply, send your name, phone number, work history, and a list of equipment you are experienced operating.
