Full Job Description Line of Business:

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures. Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements. Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer $49.36 to $49.36 per hour. Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
