We're seeking a skilled and dependable Medium Duty Tow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Medium duty towing and a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. - Operate medium duty tow trucks to recover medium-duty vehicles, such as box trucks, delivery vans, and RVs.
- Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally
- Perform vehicle recovery and accident scene clean-up as needed
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of assigned tow truck
- Complete required paperwork and service logs accurately
- Ensure safety of self, clients, and equipment at all times
- Provide excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
- Comply with all DOT, state, and company regulations and guidelines
