K Con is looking for experienced operators who have knowledge in running heavy equipment for our residential and commercial projects. We have projects located within the greater Seattle area, North King, Snohomish County. Come join our K Con team! This position is for experienced operators who are safe, skilled and productive. Pride in workmanship, equipment, vehicles, and tools is a must. Candidates should be able to easily take direction to help manage day to day site needs. Site safety as well as equipment safety is our top priority.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in operating heavy equipment within our industry. Knowledgeable in running multiple pieces of equipment such as Excavators (50 - 350's), Backhoes, Loaders and Dozers. Able to successfully execute on cutting house holes and/or mainline digging with clear direction from management. Assist in training and providing direction other field employees on the job to keep the project on track. Able to work and clearly communicate with other employees on the job site. Willing to get out of the machine if the crew needs help. Must be able to plan and oversee work, know what you need and when you need it. Ability to foresee and overcome problems. Exhibits integrity & ethical behavior in all facets of duties. Being safety conscious and making it a crew priority. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. •Candidates who do not fulfill the requirements for necessary experience will not be considered•
