Job Description

Olive Branch Bakery & Mercantile is now open in Woodinville, and we're adding to our founding team. Our ovens are on full throttle and we need bread ninjas!



Our vision is simple: create a place where neighbors gather and memories are made. A bakery, caf , mercantile, and community gathering space where guests order at the counter, linger over great food and drinks, and feel right at home.



We're looking for talented, hardworking people who are excited to help build something special from the ground up. If you love great food, warm service, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you.

Bakers:

Early Morning (4am-5am start). Bread experience a must. Our bakers are the heart of the bakery. We're hiring early-morning production bakers to support daily production, finishing work, and service needs.



Responsibilities include:


Producing breads, pastries, desserts, and baked goodsMixing, shaping, baking, decorating, and finishing productsFollowing recipes and maintaining quality standardsAssisting with daily production schedulesMaintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceMust be able to lift 50#1 year experience is preferred, but we value attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
