6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Are you an experienced operator ready to step into a leadership role? Didion is seeking a Heavy Equipment & Load Out Lead to provide hands-on leadership while working alongside the team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This is a working lead position responsible for coordinating rail yard, truck loading, bulk loadout, and heavy equipment activities while supporting team development, troubleshooting operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture Coordinate daily loadout, rail yard, and heavy equipment operations Train, coach, and support operators Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues Conduct railcar and trailer inspections Partner with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability Support quality, food safety, and customer expectations Communicate priorities and keep operations running smoothly throughout the shift What We're Looking For Previous leadership or lead operator experience Experience coaching or training others Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively across departments Basic computer skills Preferred Experience Heavy equipment operation Bulk loadout operations Rail yard operations Truck yard operations Why Join Didion?
