Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, safety‑driven Operator - Heavy Equipment to join our growing excavation and site‑work team in Clinton, WI. If you have hands‑on experience with heavy equipment and take pride in doing quality work, this is a strong long‑term opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and room to advance. Responsibilities Heavy Equipment Operation — Safely and efficiently operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, and related machinery. Site Work Execution — Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and full site preparation. Equipment Care — Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance. Team Collaboration — Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines. Safety Compliance — Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Labor Support — Assist with general labor tasks when equipment operation is not required. Qualifications Equipment Experience — Prior experience operating heavy machinery. Outdoor Readiness — Ability to work in all weather conditions. Excavation Knowledge — Strong understanding of excavation and site‑development methods. Valid driver's license ; CDL preferred. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.
