Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of machinery, cranes, end loader, excavator/shear, loading semi trailers and unloading customers Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, cranes, precision and safety awareness Perform routine inspections and maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Handle materials effectively using material handling equipment, including forklifts and front loader trucks Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations while using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Collaborate with team members Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety inspections Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery on active construction site Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, construction machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with construction safety procedures and occupational safety regulation compliance Ability to operate cranes (including tower cranes if certified), dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment proficiently Strong understanding of hand tools and general construction practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards Join us in building the future!
