Position Overview Absolute Concrete LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking and safety minded Transport Operator / Operations Support professional to join our team. This position is much more than driving a truck. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations by transporting materials and equipment, assisting with loading and unloading, preparing equipment for job sites, and help maintain an organized and efficient yard while working alongside our yard team to keep operations running efficiently. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Safely transport concrete forming materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post trip inspections.
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe material handling practices.
• Secure loads in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Assist with staging, organizing, and preparing materials for upcoming deliveries.
• Support field crews with loading and preparing materials for demobilization and return to the yard.
• Work with the yard team to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient yard.
• Assist with equipment and trailer maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs.
• Help manage inventory, material organization, and receiving of deliveries.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. Qualifications
• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• Previous commercial driving experience (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Experience loading, securing, and transporting construction materials preferred.
• Forklift and heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with supervisors and team.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
