Job Summary Wieser Concrete Products is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Loader Operator to support daily production operations at our precast concrete facility. This role is responsible for operating a loader and forklift, moving materials and finished products, loading trailers, and assisting with production needs when equipment is not in use.

Move raw materials from storage areas to production areas in a timely and accurate manner. Support production operations by moving finished products to the yard for storage. Load flatbed trailers with finished products for delivery. Assist with production tasks when the loader is not in use. Perform preventative maintenance as needed. Qualifications Punctual, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong commitment to safety. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic equipment maintenance. Forklift and/or loader certifications a plus but not required. CDL license is a plus but not required.
