You'll be at the heart of our operations, handling heavy machinery to move, sort, and manage scrap materials with precision. Ideally, you've got five years of experience operating equipment like excavators, loaders, or skid steers, and you're comfortable around scrap metals and industrial materials. Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guild / help load material onto trucks. Unload material from trucks and trailers. An eye for safety in the yard and on the road is a MUST. Help coordinate loads with the loader and office. Time management.
Qualifications:
Experience in operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, or skid steers for at least five years. Ability to safely load and unload materials from trucks and trailers with precision. Proven track record of maintaining a keen eye for safety in both yard and road environments. Strong time management skills to efficiently coordinate loads with the loader and office team. Comfortable working with scrap metals and industrial materials in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and office staff. Commitment to maintaining a reliable and strong work ethic in all tasks undertaken. About Company We are a small family-owned business based out of North Central Wisconsin.
