Job Description

Landmark Landscapes Seasonal Snow Operators and Sidewalk Crew Landmark Landscapes is looking for hardworking, skilled operators and sidewalk crew to join our Seasonal Snow Team . From October 1 - April 30, you'll put your equipment know-how to work, keeping roads, lots, and sidewalks clear and safe. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone in the trades whose job sites shut down in the winter months. Whether you're a seasoned pro or still building experience, we want to hear from you! Advertised starting wage of $32/hr based on operator's experience with snow removal; wage may be less for inexperienced operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Run loaders, plows, skid steers, and snow blowers to clear snow from lots, roads, and walkways Spread salt/ice melt to keep surfaces safe and accessible Jump in 24/7 (outside of approved absences) when storms roll through Team up with other operators to knock out snow events efficiently Log work using our simple mobile app
Qualifications:
Valid Wisconsin driver's license, clean record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long hours outdoors in the cold Reliable, flexible, and ready to roll when the snow flies Smartphone for dispatch communication 2-3 years of heavy equipment experience preferred Perks of Joining the
