Job Description

Job Overview We need skilled skid steer operators. We need to finalize a large residential project. You must have experience with the following: 1. Rough Grading 2. Culvert Installations 3. Cutting in Driveways 4. Pad Preparation 5. Fine Grading 6. Land Clearing This is not permanent. For one, maybe two operators this could become permanent. For now, we need help. Do not waste our time. If you cannot perform the tasks you will get kicked off the job without pay. Job Starts May 11

  • 29 Responsibilities Operate skid steer loaders and other heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, or graders, to complete construction tasks effectively.
Perform site preparation activities including grading, excavation, loading materials, and debris removal to support project timelines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met and perform minor maintenance or report repairs needed. Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites by moving materials and equipment as directed. Follow all safety protocols and construction site procedures to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members including operators of Caterpillar or Bobcat machinery and other heavy equipment to coordinate tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any operational issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience operating skid steer loaders in a construction environment. Basic Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, or graders. Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and procedures. Ability to read technical manuals and follow detailed instructions for equipment operation and maintenance. Experience working on construction sites with familiarity in using heavy machinery is advantageous. Basic knowledge of construction processes including grading, paving, excavation, and material handling.
