Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Coal Pile Dozer Operator. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically dozers, to manage coal pile movement, ensure proper stacking, and maintain safety standards across the site. Your expertise will help optimize material handling processes, support construction and utility work, and uphold strict safety regulations. Responsibilities Operate dozers and other heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, and Caterpillar machinery to move and shape coal piles efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to equipment safety procedures. Follow federal construction safety regulations and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Coordinate with other construction personnel for site preparation, utility locating, and construction grading tasks. Support construction site operations by operating various machinery for utility installation, excavation, or material transport. Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, fuel consumption and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Experience Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dozers (including Caterpillar), loaders, excavators (including backhoes), graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and tankers in a construction or industrial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures. Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving preferred, but not required. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety regulations.
