Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Painter to join our team. This position focuses on high-quality, efficient painting in residential and/or multifamily properties. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining professional results. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Complete interior and exterior painting projects Follow project timelines and production schedules Maintain clean and organized work areas Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures from damage Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Experience Prior professional painting experience (residential, commercial, or multifamily) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Knowledge and experience of repairing drywall Knowledge and experience of repairing drywall Equipped with their own painting equipment Proficiency in brush, roller, and spray applications Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and reach throughout the day Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
