We're looking for an experienced Painter's Helper who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking Prime and block body repairs to ensure smooth, even surfaces Assist with paint setup and application Cut, buff, and polish freshly painted surfaces to a professional finish Maintain clean and organized work areas Work closely with painters and technicians to deliver high-quality results

Qualifications:

Experience prepping vehicles for paint (required) Knowledge of automotive painting processes and materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and grow within the company
