Painting/Handyman Technician Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary:

$30-$34 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical work, drywall patching, painting, appliance troubleshooting, and general handyman items. Prep, texture, and paint vacant residential properties as needed Address maintenance needs for both occupied and unoccupied properties. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, property owners, and other team members.

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen with a clean background check. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Must possess a valid driver's license. Reliable, dependable, honest, and hardworking with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments. Demonstrated strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Additional Information:

All assigned jobs must be completed on the same day, with flexibility on when tasks are performed. A company truck, gas card, and tools will be provided for work-related tasks. A probationary period will apply, during which the selected candidate will shadow a technician to assess compatibility and performance.
