Responsibilities Assist with surface preparation, sanding, scraping, masking, and caulking Assist with brushing, rolling, and spraying Set up and clean up job sites and equipment Protect floors, furniture, windows, and other surfaces Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow direction from Lead/Journeyman Painters Perform other painting-related tasks as needed Qualifications Painting or construction experience preferred Willingness to learn Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work indoors and outdoors Ability to perform physical work and lift materials Ability to work from ladders when required Good communication and teamwork skills
