We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and is comfortable traveling to commercial job sites throughout Southern California.

Responsibilities Typical duties include:

Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation, sanding, patching, caulking, and minor repairs Brush, roll, and spray application Masking and protection of surrounding surfaces Working from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as required Assisting with jobsite setup and cleanup Following project specifications and manufacturer requirements Maintaining a clean and safe work area Working collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, general contractors, and other trades Following company and jobsite safety requirements Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification will be required as a condition of employment. Previous professional painting experience required Reliable transportation Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, San Diego County, and surrounding areas Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable performing normal physical duties associated with commercial painting and construction Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Preferred Qualifications The following are a plus but are not required: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Aerial Lift / Boom Lift certification Scissor Lift certification Fall Protection training Respiratory Protection training Lead-safe or other painting/construction safety certifications Experience operating commercial painting equipment and lifts Ability to read and understand architectural plans, blueprints, specifications, and paint schedules Familiarity with identifying painting scope from construction documents Tech-savvy candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience using smartphones, tablets, email, construction apps, digital plans, timekeeping apps, or project-management software is a major plus.
