The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, works efficiently, and maintains a clean and safe job site. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming. Paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Perform basic drywall and plaster repairs. Protect floors, cabinets, and fixtures during work. Safely use ladders and painting equipment. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures. Assist with general remodeling tasks when needed. Requirements Previous residential or commercial painting experience. Knowledge of painting and surface preparation. Experience with brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Basic drywall repair and caulking skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work safely at heights.
