As we expand our house flipping operations, we are building a reliable team of skilled trades professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of transforming properties into beautiful homes. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter to join our renovation team. This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing residential properties to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate has experience in interior and exterior painting, attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional results. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of renovation and remodeling projects while becoming part of a growing team focused on residential real estate investments. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming Apply paint, stains, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and exterior surfaces Repair minor drywall imperfections and surface damage prior to painting Ensure smooth, consistent, and professional finishes Protect floors, fixtures, and surrounding areas during painting projects Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow project timelines and complete work efficiently Communicate with project managers regarding progress, material needs, and project completion Follow all safety guidelines and best practices Qualifications Previous experience as a residential painter preferred Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, materials, and surface preparation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry painting equipment and materials Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance Preferred Experience Interior and exterior residential painting Cabinet painting and refinishing Drywall patching and texture matching Experience working on renovation or house flipping projects
