Caulking Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled painter with a strong emphasis in drywall and stucco repair to join our team. This role involves supporting a variety of construction projects while specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and experienced in both general construction tasks and plumbing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior and exterior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets) Proper surface prep (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, priming) Rolling, brushing, and spraying (airless sprayer experience preferred) Protecting work areas and keeping job sites clean Erect scaffolding, movable and immovable staging and various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; moves furniture and equipment as necessary Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers prior to painting. Working on residential remodel projects, new construction and commercial Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on-site Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of construction experience with a focus on plumbing Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA standards Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
