This role involves managing the movement of goods, operating warehouse equipment, pick-ups and deliveries using a company cargo van, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, forklift operation, and shipping & receiving processes to support efficient warehouse operations and timely distribution. Duties Inspect and receive products, ensuring conformance to specifications Pick, pack, label and ship products, following procedures and ensuring accurate order fulfillment Safely operate forklift / reach truck and pallet jacks, to pick and stock products within the warehouse Securely load and unload pallets and cartons to make local pickups and deliveries using a company cargo van Process incoming and outgoing shipments using

ERP / WMS

system Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking products correctly and performing cycle counts on a regular basis Optimize space utilization and product flow by consolidating and re-organizing inventory for the most efficient picking workflow Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations during cycle counting, receiving, packing and shipping processes Support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment Oversee QA inspection Ensure all standard processes are followed, and that all scheduled orders ship on time Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or related roles with knowledge of warehouse distribution processes Good driving record with no more than 2 points and no DUI's Recent experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) / ERP systems, and order fulfillment software such as Odoo, Netsuite, SAP or similar Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds regularly and standing for extended periods Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations Good computer and keyboard skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and documentation Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience working in e-commerce or fast-paced distribution environment.
